For more than 25 years, Greg Rogers has been developing commercial and residential properties in Canada and the U.S. on behalf of private and institutional investors. More recently, his focus has been on urban mixed use infill development as a senior executive with Minto, and later Timbercreek, both international developers and investment managers. Greg’s track record exceeds 10 million square feet of new development in all asset classes, in all major Canadian cities, as well as Florida and California. In 2019, he returned to his hometown of Winnipeg to lead UM Properties.

Board Of Directors

UM Properties is led by a 10-member Board of Directors. In keeping with corporate by-laws, the majority of directors are independent of the University of Manitoba. The current independent directors have extensive experience and knowledge of real estate development.
